Is the club open to the public?
Danvers Fish & Game Club is a private club for members and their invited guests only.

How can I become a member of Danvers Fish & Game Club?
New members must be 18 years of age and have no felony record and be sponsored by two members in good standing who have been members for more than one year. For membership information please call 978-774-9541.

How much does it cost to join the club?
New members must pay $200 first year initiation fee and the current annual dues (currently $200). One year membership to GOAL and the NRA are included with your initiation fee. Dues are due by June 30 of each year. Members may join any time during the year however dues are not prorated.

Does the club offer a youth Archery program?
Danvers Fish and Game Club offer a Youth Archery Program beginning in January of each year. The program runs on Friday nights at the indoor Archery range. This is open to youths age 6 and older and is supervised by certified archery instructors. Sign-ups are usually the first two Friday’s of January. The program is reserved for members first but is open to the public.

Does the club sponsor a Hunters Safety Class?
The Hunters Safety class is held at the club in January. The class runs on 3 consecutive Saturdays and you must attend all three. You must sign up at the MA Division of Fisheries and Wildlife website.

Does the club offer a Firearms Safety Course?
The club holds the MA Chiefs of Police Firearms Safety Class monthly at the club. The class is on Wednesday and Thursday of the third week of each month except July and August. You must attend both evenings to complete the class. The cost is $100 ($30 for members). You may sign up by calling the club’s main phone number 978-774-9870 during the day from 9am-3pm.
